While my group workshops are kept intentionally small, typically just three to five guests, to create a focused and friendly environment, a one to one workshop takes things even further.

It is entirely about your creative path, your questions, your pace, and your growth.

Whether you are just beginning your journey or are a more experienced photographer looking to refine your vision, a one to one workshop gives you the time and space to push your work to the next level.

Group workshops bring camaraderie, creative exchange, and shared inspiration, and I genuinely value the energy they create. But often the most meaningful progress happens when the focus is entirely on you.

​

A one to one workshop gives you my full attention throughout, with everything shaped around your needs and goals. It allows us to adapt instantly to conditions or ideas as they evolve, and to go deeper into both the shooting process and the editing work. It also creates a quieter, more considered space where you can connect with your photography without distraction.

​

No two one to one workshops are the same. Each is designed collaboratively to suit your interests and experience. This might include seascape and coastal photography, intentional camera movement and abstract techniques, long exposures and working with filters, creative composition and storytelling, or in depth post processing using Lightroom and Photoshop. We can also focus on portfolio development and honest, constructive critique.

The format is flexible. Sessions can run as a half day, a full day, or over multiple days. We can work on location anywhere across the UK, from Cornwall to the Outer Hebrides and everywhere in between, or spend time in a more studio based setting focusing on editing and refining your work.

These workshops suit a wide range of photographers. They work well for beginners wanting to build confidence quickly, for those at an intermediate level who feel stuck and want to move forward creatively, and for more experienced photographers developing a personal or abstract style. They are also ideal for anyone who prefers a more immersive and tailored way of learning.
