4 day Landscape photography workshop in The Scottish Highlands with Chris Davis & John Finney
Join myself and award-winning Extreme weather & Landscape photographer John Finney in the magical Scottish Highlands for our Glencoe Winter workshop.
We will be based outside of the village of Glencoe for the duration of the 4 days in a luxurious self-accommodation house. Our days will be spent exploring the deep valleys & towering mountains in and around Glencoe & Rannoch moor area that were carved out hundreds of years ago by glaciers & volcanic explosions. The low angle of the sun at this time of the year is perfect for landscape photography, allowing us to shoot throughout the whole day. Should we be lucky enough to get some snow then the whole area changes and opens up a whole new world of photographic opportunities.
With no more than 3 guests in the workshop, John & I will be able to spend quality time with you to help you develop the skills you wish to improve on.
Mountains, intricate rivers, vast moorlands, changeable weather and all in a very compacted accessible area. Glencoe is the perfect location to run a Landscape Photography Workshop.
At this time of year, you can expect anything from sunny days to snowy blizzards and everything in between!
This workshop aims to teach you how to get the most out of your time in the field and how to creatively edit your RAW files in Post Production. Each participant will have time to work on the images taken on the workshop, where John & I will be on hand to help guide you on new tools and techniques.
