6 day Landscape photography workshop in scotlands stunning North West region of Assynt.

Assynt in Scotland’s North West is a hard act to follow, a wild and remote area Where mountains meet Coast. One of the most photogenic landscapes I’ve ever seen.

From Ullapool, the last proper town in this region, driving north the Monolithic mountains rise from the vast ancient landscape.

Suilven, Stac Pollaidh , Cul Beag & Cul Mor , are some of the more famous ones in the area, all of which we will most likely be photographing at some point during our time here.

We will be shooting Lochans, trees, beaches, mountains , sand dunes  the ocean & if the weather permits we will take a walk up around Stac Pollaidh for one of the best views in Scotland.

We will be out in the field shooting as much as we can dependant on weather conditions. We will spend time on compositions & creative use of shutter speeds to capture some unique shots. We will have regular processing sessions, where I can show you how to elevate your images in relatively short time & using minimal number of tools in Lightroom & Photoshop. The aim of this workshop is to teach you how to get the most out of your time in the field and how to creatively edit your RAW files in Post Production. Each participant will have time to work on their own images on the workshop, where I will be on hand to help guide you on new tools and techniques.

My hope is that by the end of the workshop you go away giving more thought to every aspect of your Landscape photography from setting up your compositions to the choices you make when processing.
